• Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of services.

• Provide accurate information regarding your property and project needs to enable us to deliver the best service possible.
• Ensure that any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities are obtained before installation, unless otherwise specified in our agreement.
• Allow access to your property for the purpose of installation, maintenance, or inspection of the rainwater harvesting system.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

JM Technologies guarantees that our rainwater harvesting systems will be installed according to industry standards. However, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

If any defect or issue arises from our services, we will offer support to rectify the problem as per the terms of our service agreement. Warranty coverage will be clearly stated in the project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, property damage, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

In the event of any dispute or claim, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at any time if the terms and conditions are violated, or if payments are not received as per the agreed terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by JM Technologies, including but not limited to designs, plans, and documents, remains our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute any of our proprietary content without prior written consent.
